Harris Mini Golf is the Jekyll & Hyde of companies: while some of their
courses are fun and creative, others are frustrating and boring. And then there
is West End Creamery, a course that seems to fall somewhere in between,
depending on what type of mini golfer you are.
Many of the holes are in upwards of 30 feet long. As a result, you usually end
up hitting your tee shot "wicked" hard. The ball caroms off the
bricks, and you hope that the ball stops in the vicinity of the hole. Luck is
much more important than skill. While the cups are top-notch, the carpeting is
horrible. It can be difficult to gauge the proper speed of a short putt, and
it's impossible to read several of the greens.
If you don't take mini golf seriously, you'll probably enjoy the experience. If
you play competitively and want to be rewarded for finesse shots, this course

Generally what you would expect from a Harris course, although longer than usual. Course is set up so that play keeps flowing even when the course is busy. Located in a beautiful setting & has attractive water features.

Beautifully
built and kept course. Some challenging holes. One of them is actually designed to give you an advantage by hitting it in
the stream --it will carry it right down to the hole. Found it to be especially
fun due to the atmosphere, landscaping, and surrounding property.

This is a well maintained course that provides a pleasant break along RT 146. It is right near Purgatory Chasm. Not particularly difficult, but enjoyable none the less.

A real waste. The course is so uphill you just take a shot and pray. It looks like it was designed by the three stooges.
