This course is operated by the Jackson Park System, and uses
natural floral plantings to surround each hole. Aside from red pine
needles, the course is well-maintained. The course plays faster than many, so
the less force to the putter, the better your chances of moving your ball
closer to the hole.
We found the course more challenging than the par
would suggest - but perhaps it was because of added pressure over a holiday and
multiple groups ahead and behind us to play without very much set-up time. Cups
are aluminum, no rims, and are well-maintained. No flags on
the course and the course is well marked. Not handicapped accessible.
