Having
played a Pirate’s Cove before (in
The
course was very well kept, except for a few areas in the water where there was
an abundance of weeds. The holes
themselves were a good mix of difficult and easy, giving this course about an
average rating on that scale. The Challenge
Course did have a very nifty curled hole that twisted upon itself as it went
straight down the side of the hill. We
found great amusement in the directions being in English and in French on this
course and the ball return was quite interesting as you could sit by a “wishing
well” and watch as the balls dropped in there after being eaten on the 18th
hole. The staff was quite courteous and
friendly and the course offers a give-a-way drawing if you fill out the back
portion of the scorecard.
We’ll
just make a few quick comparisons here to the other Pirate’s Cove we’ve
played. The one in
