To begin this review, one must know that this course definitely isn’t made for tournament style play; the strength of this course relies on the absolute fun you have playing it. Walking into the building one may be a little skeptical, as the old mill it resides in isn’t the nicest of facilities, but once you reach the opening graveyard you begin to realize how much work went into this course. The most amazing thing about it all is that the whole course, including the great audio system, was build by the husband a wife owners. Once you being to play and take a look at all the props, you will have a deep appreciation of the time that went into the course. Everything is eye catching and the audio system (complete with DJ on the weekends thanks to the husband, who does his best “mad scientist DJ”) and makes the course quite pleasurable if you have the time to enjoy it. The course also has a few creative hole designs beyond the awesome props (although most are not that difficult), including one hole early one that is incredibly deceptive and uses a technique I have not seen applied at any other course.

The biggest drawback to the course is the size. Due to space restraints, the holes are all back to back and there is very little room to stand off of the actual hole, or while waiting for the next hole. On a busy night this can be frustrating, especially since there is a high volume of children on this course due to its type and the connecting arcade. The other drawback is that the course isn’t really dark enough to fully use the glow and the dark attributes. This is primarily because it isn’t enclosed, so as to allow the people at the front desk to see what is going on the course. We won’t knock them much for that though because it is a safety issue and we understand why it would be set up this way.

We had a chance to talk with one of the owners and found her very friendly and enthusiastic about miniature golf. The pricing scheme is also new to us, having never seen one based on height (short people rejoice!). All told, this is a fun course to play (especially around Halloween when they run a costume contest), more so if you get a chance to play on an off-night so you can take your time and check out all the cool props.
