This course is part of the Omni Homestead Resort, Warm Springs, VA. The course looks deceptively simple but does present challenges. Each hole is separated with a concrete area. There are no benches but there is plenty of rock landscaping for everyone to sit. The course could have had more interesting obstacles, since the resort is an historic property but the local rock does fit in with the surroundings. The holes have metal cups and removable flags. The hole area is lined with pavers and the landscaping is maintained and does not creep onto the course, most of the time. I played the course twice.
