The location of this old course is right on the water, which is very beautiful. But, that's the only good thing. There have been issues with the ground-- causing shifting. The cement is severely broken on many holes and the whole course is very uneven. Poor maintenance overall. Plus there is an overflowing septic field next door (motel) which causes bad odors. We saw groups leaving mid-course, and wish we had too!
