Bananas Fun Park is part of a much
larger entertainment complex that includes a water park, go-karts, bumper
boats, arcade, and more. It advertises
itself as having an “elaborate miniature golf” course, and largely lives up to
that claim. Some of the more unique features on the course is the “chose your
own adventure” boards on some of the holes.
The course is well integrated into the larger complex as the water
flowing through the course outlets into the bumper boat pool. We played this course in the heat of the
summer, and there is plenty of shade on the course. The landscaping was whimsical and added to
the course atmosphere.
We don’t have too many criticisms
of the course. Hole 8 was under
construction, but it’s good to see course maintenance is taken seriously. There were rubber mats for the tees, which
we’re not big fans of, but it didn’t diminish the fun. Overall
this course is well worth the cost of admission, whether you and your family
chose to play only the minigolf course or if you
chose to make a day-of-it at the complex.
It’s a fun, reasonably challenging, family-friendly course.
